Physical Education

Students participate in a physical education class everyday.  The courses change frequently encouraging children to try new activities.

Health and nutrition classes meet once a week.

Courses Include:

(Daily exercises routine to warm up)

Volleyball, Basketball, badminton, archery, fencing, yoga, and dance.  Team games involving jumping, throwing, bouncing balls, running and skipping are included.

WE STRONGLY BELIEVE IN DAILY PHYSICAL EXERCISE!
